Alzheimer's can cause a person to act in unpredictable ways. Increasing our understanding of the causes of dementia-related behaviors, and learning effective communication strategies can decrease stress and expand our ability to respond to challenging situations. Explore creative interventions that transform chaotic challenges into constructive outcomes.

Thelma's Place is a non-profit resource center that serves seniors and families affected by dementia regardless of financial means. Services like Minders Keepers is offered on a sliding scale so don't let finances stop you from seeking the assistance you need. Grants, fund raisers, volunteer efforts and donations from the public are the means by which Thelma's Place can offer the services they do.
